First Quality Systems Support acquired the assets of Quality Systems Support Inc. in September 2001 and continues the mission of its predecessor in addition to offering a new office management consulting service. In addition to several years of industry experience, our consultants hold certifications relative to specific assignments.

Warren Snow has more than twenty years of experience in the quality field and has held quality engineering and management positions in Fortune 500 companies and in startups. His certifications include CQA, CQE, QSLA and he has served as a Massachusetts Quality Award examiner. Warren has assisted large companies (Motorola ISG Systems Division) in achieving ISO registration and has performed many ISO audits in companies ranging in size from two to 100,000 people. Although his industry experience is concentrated in high tech (computers, communications, hardware/software), Warren has performed audits in the medical device industry, plastics, machinery, paper, protective equipment, chemicals and others (SIC codes provided on request). Warren was also a Regional Counselor on the ISO 9000:2000 DIS US Validation Team.

Sandra Snow has nearly twenty years office management experience in academia, in addition to experience in the legal, medical, commercial and travel fields. Sandra excels at helping small businesses organize their administrative functions.

Quality Systems Support Inc., founded in 1992, specialized in providing quality management support, primarily in auditing and consulting, using ISO 9000 and MBNQA models. Clients have included Motorola, Management Standards International and other consulting firms. The corporation has performed ISO 9000 registration audits for the Canadian Government (CGSB) and for a US Registrar.
